NOT RECOGNISED BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE
This incident occurs because your DNI (ID card) or NIE (Foreigner’s ID Number) is not recognised by the Social Security Office despite the fact that on your allowance application you indicated that your social provision regime was the Social Security. The incident may be due to an error in the document number (DNI/NIE) that appears on your resolution, to the fact that you are not registered with the Social Security Office, or to the fact that you are registered with a different document to that which figures on your resolution (you are registered at the Social Security Office with your NIE and your DNI appears on your resolution, for example).
In order to resolve the incident, you should contact the Social Security Office, in order to register correctly, or your autonomous region, in order to correct the information on your resolution. It is not necessary to send any documentation to the Ministry of Housing.
