This incident occurs because Ministry of Housing records show that your autonomous region has granted you the right to claim allowances. However, it has not been proven that you are up-to-date with your rental payments. Furthermore, the resolution has now expired.

In order to be able to claim payment for all of the months that you have been entitled to receive the allowance, you must prove that you were up-to-date with your rental payments. As your resolution has now expired, it is not possible to fulfil this requirement through your bank. As such, you must send the Ministry of Housing originals or photocopies stamped by your bank of the receipts proving that you were up-to-date with your rental payments. Remember that only rental payments made via bank transfer are valid (standing order or direct debit). It is not possible to pay rent by hand, by depositing cash or any other method.
