Did you know that renting out your house to young people provides more guarantees?
As from January 1st, 2008, the State will offer young tenants aged 22 to 30 monthly assistance to pay the rent, a 600-euro loan for rent deposit, and a 120-euro payment of the bank charges for the guarantee. Thus, the new assistance programme provides better guarantees to owners who rent out their houses.
